Quetzal / Giulia x immigrant parents

I’m hoping to take my Korean-Canadian parents—who have never been to a Michelin-starred restaurant—for their 35th wedding anniversary. They’re quite open-minded about different cuisines and have recently become especially interested in the “Michelin star” concept after watching Culinary Class Wars.

If you had to choose just one, which restaurant would you recommend? We’re not planning on doing any tasting menus or wine pairings and would likely prefer to share majority of the dishes on the menu, which I believe is possible at both places.
