Overpriced or just a me problem?

Hello! Gusto ko sana humingi ng opinion about sa situation namin sa school. Marami na kasing nagrereklamo pero parang walang usad. I’m not a student officer or part of any org anymore since 4th year na ako; I just want to focus sa acads and work. Free tuition school namin, which is a big help sa aming mga working students. Pero ngayong mag-OJT na kami, pinapabili kami ng Dean ng tela sa CBA. It’s 275 per yard and required kaming bumili for 2 sets of uniforms. Sa size ko, aabot ng 1,100 pesos yung tela pa lang, plus 270 para sa lining so 1,370 total. Ang masama pa, rush na kami next year ipatahi kasi sarado sila this December. Sabi ng pinsan ko, ganyan din daw ang nangyari sa kanila last year. It feels off for me kasi overpriced siya; for that amount, dapat set na ng top and bottom, pero sa amin tela pa lang siya for 2 tops. What do you think?
