Operations associate or patient access supervisor

So I’m 25 years old I’m one class away from finishing MHA. I currently work as a patient access supervisor for two ER’s. I like the job but it’s so stressful because I’m oncall 24/7 and can barely get any sleep. I currently just got a job offer for a business operations associate at healthcare organization that has 8 clinics. Everything that the role describes seems perfect but it feels like I’m going back to an entry role with it. My end goal is to try to get to COO of a hospital. I don’t know which one would be better to do for my long term goals. Does anyone know which one would be better for my goals?
