Microsoft email change

I downloaded something suspicious and immediately deleted it but the next day I turn on my PC and my Microsoft email was changed to some unknown email and I am finding no way to change it back. This has affected my discord, roblox, and other games I have installed with Microsoft completely locking me out of them. If anyone has a solution to recover my hacked account that would be greatly appreciated.
