Is this some sort of content Farm?

Okay, recently I started noticing there's quite a few channels that I've noticed that they just all have the same kind of archetype. Basically it will be a small YouTube channel with only like five shorts and some other videos will have like a million views which is very odd for a YouTuber that seems to just be starting out and also their video quality is amazing. Like there's two main ones but I will add in another one the first one that I noticed is A YouTube channel called medium rare vibes which basically it kind of videos he makes is him trying recipes from AI cooking videos. Well basically that kind of cooking video where it's a cooking video with a person but the voiceover is AI here's his link to his channel https://youtube.com/@mediumrarevibes?si=r7-dxirs3Os90Jtz next Channel I just actually noticed is called barely a chef here and she has the same archetype to her videos. She will review recipes just like that. Usually very trendy bad recipes. Here is her link https://youtube.com/@barelyachefhere?si=cjMNlW59R205ohB6 and the other channel I noticed is called bruhzen now these videos are very bizarre. They're high quality videos of a guy. Basically taking a plant and he will dig apart the plant like one video. He took a grapefruit and took apart the individual cells and then he will rearrange them into a work of art but he only has like three videos yet. His videos have a lot of views which is extremely odd for a channel like this. Here's his link https://youtube.com/@bruhzen?si=Zl9G0yVjdvpnB_9a What do you guys think? Because I really don't know what to think about this. It's just extremely odd
