84 cm waist?

Do you think 84 cm is enough to be a femboy? I know it's an expression of self, but I feel like I should have a thinner waist to better fit the femboy style, which is what I like.

(I have this waist size, I've never trained the specific muscle that "pulls" the waist in).

I'm kind of chubby for my height, 70 kg at 1.67 m... I'd say I have about 2 to 4 cm of fat accumulation around my waist, I'd like to get to 78 cm or even less... Without needing surgery.
