Im will traveling to Paris. Can you recommend a place for cigars.

I am not a pro on cigars. But I always like to have 1 or 2 here and there. Any good places to buy a french cigar (don’t judge me) just to have a memory when I am back home. Is it possible to transport a lighter on a carry on? Gracias
