Snow Pros - Not coming to clean snow

Hi everyone, I hired snow pros to come clean snow for this season. They came 3 times till now but have not come since it snowed this week. I have been trying to call them endless times and dropping emails but no response. I’m not home currently and my driveway is full of snow. Does anyone else use this company? I want to know if they cleaned at other places.
