Prox Chat Crooning

Hi! As soon as I am downed by ARC too far from an extract, I begin loudly proclaiming that my goods are available because (1) I enjoy being loud in the game and (2) I figure all my stuff will go to waste when the round ends.

Does anyone know if prox chat works that way? Can another player hear a ways a way if im moanin and groanin?
