Just got a stubhub ticket for NYE!

Decided to bite the bullet and shell out for a decent ticket, and now I have questions. First, it says ticket will be sent to email on Tuesday. Anyone have experience with that? Any chance it could fall through at this point? Assuming I actually get the ticket, I am taking a bus from Maryland during the day, then back at 1:30AM. What time do they wrap up the NYE shows? I know they do the midnight countdown.
