How can I find a job fast??

For context im 20 years old, I have no driver's license but do have reliable transportation, I have no criminal record at all and I have no diploma but have passed 3 of the 4 ged test and currently enrolled in classes for it, I have customer service experience, volunteer experience and have done babysitting for friends and family, i have 5 years volunteering at a food pantry and 2 years working at dollar General and 3 years babysitting. I have applied to over 60 jobs at this point and have been denied or just straight up ignored, I apply i call and I follow up, I dont know what im doing wrong? I need a job asap how should I go about it?
