IEMS for under $40

I'm currently using the CCA Phoenix and I like it overall, but I feel like the mid to high range could be better. I'm looking for something with clearer mids, more detailed and crisp highs, and better separation without sounding harsh or piercing. 1 mostly care about clarity and detail in vocals and instruments. I'm not chasing huge bass, just something cleaner and more refined than the Phoenix in the upper mids and treble. Budget is under $40, and having a mic would be nice too, but sound quality comes first. Any recommendations or comparisons would help a lot.
