[TOMT] Medicine commercial with creepy, droning music

I remember this commercial for what I’m pretty sure was a medicine or some sort of PSA about a drug. It had a blue background with a grid pattern and had this constant eerie droning music as a voice spoke over it. It was a 2000s commercial and was really simplistic. Does anyone remember this?
