CPU troubles

I recently built my first pc and will start by saying I’m not completely familiar with everything but I have a Ryzen 7 5800 cut with a 5060 ti gpu and have noticed my cpu runs pretty high and my cooler very loud on even smaller games, I normally get around 50 degrees Celsius just on windows home and it’s a brand new pc. Is this strictly because of my cpu cooler or could it be my thermal paste or what? I’m a little concerned since it’s my first build and I may not have everything set up properly but everything leads to the cooler. Thanks in advance!
