Is this website a scam?

I plan to do some investments on https://gamegzs.com/#/home. This website does current and up-and-coming crypto currencies like BTC, ETH.

They asked me to pay 2% in crypto currency tax before I can withdraw anything.

1. Has any one used this website before?

2. Were they able to withdrawn anything from this site?

3. Is website a scam?

Any insight would be helpful.

Please and thank you.
