Do I need to repurchase the app on Windows if I already unlocked full features on iPhone?

I already paid to unlock the full features of this app on my iPhone. If I install the app on Windows, do I need to purchase it again, or can I use the same license/account? Btw, thank you so much for this app, it’s amazing that I can play games anywhere, even when I’m away from home. Really appreciate the work you’ve done
