I need your input!

I am an event coordinator and I was hired to put on a buffet cocktail party for a construction company.

What I would love to hear from you is this:

1. Would you prefer a party from 3-7 pm or 6-10 pm
2. What food would you want to eat? It's not a prime rib budget but there will be an open bar.
