[HIRING] Video Editor - Ongoing Monthly Work ($2,000–$4,000 USD)

Hey everyone, I run a creative / video marketing agency and I’m looking for a long-term video editor to support ongoing client work.

💰 $2,000-$4,000 USD per month (depending on experience, speed, and quality)

• Hospitality & restaurants
• Nonprofits
• Local + regional brands
• Occasional high-profile / creator-led projects

Types of videos you’ll edit:

• Short-form social content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Brand + marketing videos
• YouTube / long-form edits
• Podcast-style content (multi-cam, clean cuts)
• Occasional cinematic or story-driven pieces

Editing style:

• Clean, modern, professional
• Strong pacing and music choice
• Captions when needed (not flashy, not over-edited)
• Social-first but still polished and intentional

What I’m looking for:

• Solid portfolio (please link examples)
• Experience with social content + long-form
• Organized, responsive, and consistent
• Comfortable working with feedback and brand direction

Software:
Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (any is fine)

Nice to have (not required):

• Motion graphics
• Experience working with agencies
• Ability to handle multiple aspect ratios efficiently
