Boss tone studio

Hey everyone, I have no idea if someone will be able to help me but I’ll still put the info here

Been trying in possibly every single way imaginable to make sure that my amp can connect to boss tone studio and every time the same message pop up “Device not found”

I’ve updated the system software although it seemed to be up to date

I’m currently on the gen 3 100 katana version which mean that it is not a mkII.

I downloaded the app

I downloaded the driver countless time

I started my amp in “usb mode”

I found the amp in “device manger” section in the settings and it clearly says “the device is working properly WHICH MEANS that the cable I’m using is indeed a data transfer cable because my amp was able to take in the driver. Which also mean the usb port is working.

I even tried to make it work on a second computer without any files that were installed prior to the one I needed. still doesn’t work. Also everytime that I open the app I make sure to open it as an admin to avoid any bug and I also use the usb mode on my amp before opening the app and making sure that my usb is connected correctly.

I guess I’m still doing something wrong ?
