coworkers avoid me

Seeking Advice

im autistic, afab, 23 and nonbinary. i try all i can to be the best i possibly can be, treat everyone with care, and be open minded to others struggles. its not reciprocated. sometimes i just lose all will to try by the end of my shifts.

i keep apologizing all of the time when i know I've done nothing wrong. coworkers try to push me aside to do tasks im struggling with, instead of letting me get it done in 2 minutes vs their 1min. i feel like an active burden on people and i shouldn't be. it wouldnt be so harsh if they didnt say mean shit to me, or talk to me like a child. "im just going to do it because you're taking too long" or passive aggressive speaking and eyerolls, things that signify not wanting to even bother helping.

i would think "oh this is just me" if it werent every place i went to work varying in severity. by far this is the most tame, but i cannot get over that these people treat me like a child or like a mind reader. i want to sink into the floor and turn into grass.

everyone else here laughs with eachother and gets along. i dont understand why the small moments i have with people are so different and difficult. they dont initiate conversation with me either. there's only one person here who does and im afraid she'll stop too.

im just tired of everything.
