would a fetus be seen from an abdominal ct?

I figured this would be the best and most non judgmental place to post. I’m child free by choice and intend to always be. Back story i had a bad pregnancy scare and had sex about 5 months ago with someone i deeply regret. I’ve been having insane bloating and the thought of being pregnant keeps popping into my mind. I’ve been to the ER for abdominal pain a few weeks ago and they did an abdominal ct. Out of curiosity if i was 4/5 months pregnant would it show up on a ct scan? Just wondering if anyone has similar experiences the thought of a ‘cryptic’ pregnancy terrifies me and i’m a bit of a hypochondriac. I have very irregular and light cycles. I have also taken tons and tons of at home pregnancy tests but nothing is easing my mind because i look like i could be very pregnant with the insane bloating i have.
