Dealing with selfish friends

I'll try to make a long rant short ...

I've had a terrible December. Not only did my grandmother pass away, I watched her slowly deteriorate in front of my eyes. It was one of the most heartbreaking things I've ever experienced.

2 weeks later my 5-month old niece ends up in the NICU with a life-threatening respiratory virus. That has been hands down been one of the scariest, and most stressful experiences of my life. Thankfully, she's slowly recovering.

My life long "best friends" (3 females) have barely reached out to me or messaged to check in and see how I'm doing. We've been in each others lives for over 20+ years.

I'm deeply hurt and shocked but their behaviour.

For context I have been an exceptional good friend to all of them. I'm by no means perfect, but I have always been a great support system for them. Through all of their life hardships.

It's sucks to always be the "giver" and never to be on the "receiving end"

Ideally, I'd like to address this with them in the near future. Not anytime soon, as I don't have the mental capacity to handle another heavy or emotional conversation right now.

I'm wondering how best to approach this situation. I want to be respectful, but I also want to make my point clear how much they have hurt my feelings.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance :)
