Need help with new map.

Hello! TLDR, I'm looking for a site I can go to that will let me upload my map so that I can begin customizing it further.

A while back, I gave an artist friend of mine the rough outline of a world map I had conceptualized so that he could send me back a more polished version. Now I'm looking for a place that I can upload it, to begin adding geologic iconography as well as other bits and bobs.

If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear them as I haven't had much luck finding anything on my own. I'll leave an image of the map linked.
