I need help with load order on Vortex for skyrim

So I’m trying to mod Skyrim Special Edition and this is my first time modding any game before. My brother showed me how to download mods on nexus and vortex, so I’ve got about 50 mods now. Im just trying to figure out load order now. But i cant even find where to edit the load order on Vortex in the first place, and my brother cant seem to find it either. I tried to search up videos on youtube, but it seems like the videos are outdated, as some things look different.

I also don’t know exactly where to put each mod at in the load order, like what mod goes above which and such.

Can someone help me?
