2016 Sentra SR – Headlights, Wipers, Dash Lights All Dead?

I need some advice. My 2016 Nissan Sentra SR battery died, I jumpstarted it, and everything was fine for about an hour. After turning the car off and back on, the headlights, dash lights, interior dash/buttons, license plate lights, and wipers stopped working. Brake lights, hazards, and dome lights still work.

Battery tested good at O’Reilly’s, and I tried disconnecting the negative terminal for 20+ minutes to reset the BCM, but no luck. I’ve checked fuses and considered relays (like R8), but it seems unlikely a single fuse or relay would cause all this.

Could this be a failed IPDM, Can i get a second opinion?
