Anyone have any experience with 900 rainier apartments or any of the following?

Question

Posting here since mods removed my post in Seattle group.

I am looking for a 1B1B apartment in a safe neighborhood. My budget is around 2000 USD. I will be working in Amazon in Westlake Avenue. I prefer something closer to office. I don't have a car so I will either walk or use public transit. I found 900 rainier apartments. Looks decent but too many empty units so I wanted to check if I should be aware of something?

I have few more apartments in the list.

  1. Assembly 118
  2. Pearl apartments
  3. Swell apartments
  4. Emerson at Seattle
  5. Publix
  6. Bell Jackson street

Apart from safety and location proximity, I would prefer to have a well equipped gym so I don't have to figure out travel for gym as well.

Suggestions are welcome!

TIA
