AITA for saying pop tarts are bad for you

AI48fTA for telling my 30f friend that pop tarts are bad for you? Not sure how much context is needed. I would like to start by saying I only got like 4 hours sleep due to downloading capcut and getting really into it. Okay so today before talking to her I found out two very disturbing things. I didn't mention it to her because I didn't have it in me to answer all her questions.Then she'd prob just find a way to turn the convo back to her. So we were talking and she told me she liked my recommendation about pop tarts. I said I was happy she liked them. And she went on about them and talked about her favorites and what kind she had to try next. I then told her they are bad for her and she was like I know. I said that she was already planning what kind she was going to get next and then she got mad and hung up. She sent several voice clips after that explaining how what I said was very f'd up and she can't believe I spoke to her that way. Said she doesn't know what's wrong with me that I'd do that. She doesn't know what stick is up my ass but to figure it out. Says it's so obvious they're bad for you and they're just a treat. So, AITA?
