Has anyone done their training through NAFC Annapolis in Md?

Their cost estimate for up to CFI and multi is about $40k. I know this is a minimum but is it accurate for the most part? I can’t find their rates. For those who went through them, did you end up paying what they estimated it would be? Thank you!
