Resolution Error [System Agnostic]

Hi there! I'm trying to get Foundry working on my desktop (the Windows version, not in-browser) and it keeps telling me that my screen is 1372x727.

My screen resolution is 1920x1080. I have read other posts where the issue was the toolbar at the top and taskbar at the bottom of the screen, but those together do not take up over 300 pixels on my screen. I have also read that text scaling can be an issue, but in my Display settings text scaling is set to 100%, which is the lowest possible setting.

It really does look incorrect when I open the world, elements are clearly cut off or moved compared to when I open the same world on my laptop, which is also 1920x1080 and does not have this issue.

Of note is that this computer has two monitors, both at 1920x1080, and both display this issue. Also, on either monitor, the error goes away when I enter fullscreen mode, but the scaling still appears zoomed-in compared to my laptop, so I can only assume that it believes the resolution when in fullscreen to be at least the minimum of 1024x768 but not 1920x1080.

What could be causing this?
