If i want to decat my 2024 ducati monster 937, can a flash ecu be a good solution instead of a tune.

Im looking for the most affordable solution which i think it will be a flash ecu. Im not really looking for a better performance but the reason i want to decat is for the sound, i did put a leo vince 10 slip on but im looking for a more louder sound. If anyone can recommend me a good website to get the flash ecu or ship mine to get it flash ( i really dont know how that works) please let me know and also roughly how much it cost
