Retired physician built a free, evidence-based pregnancy tool — would value honest feedback

Discussion

I’ve just released www.babyQscore.org with the hope of improving pregnancy health in America.

I’ve been thinking about this idea for many years, beginning with the births of our grandchildren. Now that I’m retired from clinical medicine, I was finally able to develop BabyQscore.org — including the scoring system and the chatbot — on my own.

The BabyQ scoring system is consistent with recommendations from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and is designed to focus on specific, evidence-based actions individual women can take to improve outcomes and reduce the risk of preeclampsia, preterm birth, and gestational diabetes.

I really value honest feedback from pregnancy care providers and from any woman thinking about pregnancy — what’s useful, what’s confusing, and what’s missing.
