Subtitles not working right

was trying to contact the devs but it’s not working and i don’t wanna retype so-

Hi! I’ve been trying to rewatch Psycho Pass for the past couple hours, but the subs seem to be bugging. it’s set on “Chinese” and is not letting me switch to English. I was wondering if there is any way for you guys to fix that? I really do not like watching Dub, and I’ve tried several other sites in the past hour or so as well, just trying to watch this, but if the subs are working, then the quality is really bad. If there’s anything you guys can do, I would truly appreciate it.
