[free] Can someone suggest some online courses (free/paid) for a beginner VFX artist?

Hi! My friend's brother wants to become a VFX artist and is looking for an online course/certification. He knows about explosions, blasts, destruction, and water related VFX. Please suggest some good VFX courses. Also, if anyone can suggest better ways to learn VFX, we are open to suggestions.

Thanks!
