I need some help with my leopard gecko:(

Alright, so I usually get up for school around 6 a.m. and get home around 3 p.m. and I usually go to bed around midnight. Whats the best times in this case for me to turn on the heat lamp and uv light for my leopard gecko, and turn it off. And what’s the best time for me to feed her?
