Burning Sensation

Hey everyone, I gave birth on 12/11. Since then I’ve experienced a burning, itchy, and painful sensation when I pee. I went in earlier this week and all my tests came back normal. They gave me antibiotics preemptively to take and I’ve been taking them, but burning is still there. So it’s making me think the feeling is normal? I also didn’t tear during birth. I’m also good about keeping the downstairs clean.
