AMD 6700XT: Game freezes, forced to restart

I've recently been experiencing an issue that I think is graphics related, but I wanted other people's opinions.

Particularly with hell divers 2 and Diablo 4, there have been times where I've been playing and then the game freezes followed by my whole computer freezing and then (sometimes) going black screen. This forces me to do a forced restart and then when the machine comes back online I only have one screen. From there I need to re-enable my graphics card in the device manager and then reinstall AMD software.

This has happened to me a handful of times and I haven't noticed a specific thing that causes it. Sometimes I'll click out of the game and onto a browser that I'm following for a build or I'll click into another tab within the game. It started happening on December 19th, 2025.

Is there a known issue with Windows software or AMD software? Is this a sign that my graphics card is failing? Is this a sign that another part is failing?

Any help would be appreciated.
