Total silence

Consider a silent drone. No props. Instead, it has a single air inlet and 2 or more outlets. The answer is quite simple, even if it is a bit less efficient than typical blades. I've done it. I wonder if anyone else has an idea what I'm talking about. I'll give you a hint; it's not the fish ladder design but is similar in a way.
