Anyone Here Living Off Their IRA Before Age 50?
I turned $200K into $1M over the past 3 years. I’m 42 years old with a wife and 3 kids. I withdraw about $55k per year for living expenses while aggressively investing my IRA and Roth IRA in less mainstream ideas.
I found that I pay significantly less taxes this way since I don’t have to pay FICA and I can control the tax bracket I am taxed in by controlling my withdrawal.
Next year I already have a deal lined up that will increase my portfolio by $250k Q1 and I am positioned to possibly do very well again in the stock market.
Is anyone here using a similar strategy?
