Do yall just skip to the parts Godzilla or other kaijus are in?

My brother and I use to always rent Godzilla films growing up. For us the story was usually boring af (being kids and all) so we always just fast forward to the parts Godzilla or the other kaijus appeared in. Not gonna lie I still do this with the older films.

Is this a common thing amongst Godzilla fans, or do you yall watch the entire movies without any skipping forward?
