Poly Voyager 5200 wireless headset won't connect mic to PC

I just received a Poly Voyager 5200 wireless headset earlier today, and had no issues connecting it (mic and speakers/headset capability) to my ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 5 laptop and my Pixel 8 Pro phone. But when I try and connect it to my primary Lenovo ThinkPad P16s Gen 2 (running Win 11 24H2 v26100.7462), it will only connect as headphones and not as a headset (the mic does not connect / does not get detected). I've tried a fair amount of troubleshooting, but can't seem to get it to connect the mic (or even detect it). Any thoughts?

Just to provide some additional info, I have a ThinkVision P49w-30 monitor connected to the laptop, and the monitor has the Lenovo MC60 RGB Camera webcam connected. I've tried disconnecting the webcam just to see if that might be conflicting, but it didn't seem to make any difference. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
