Is the dynamic TV money feature good in 26?

Hi lads, just got the game on PS5.

How is the dynamic TV money on the game? I found it to be incredible in 24 when I brought over my FM23 save managing in Latvia. I want to do another build a nation style save but in a licenced league, which doesn't leave me with many options. I was thinking of doing either Lithuania, Poland, or Denmark. Are there any other licenced leagues that may benefit massively from the dynamic TV money?
