Hi everyone,

Looking for some honest feedback on a hospitalist offer, especially from those familiar with J-1 waiver jobs. I don’t have many options at this point since it’s late December.

Details: Location: good / desirable area Schedule: 7 on / 7 off Rounding week: 7 AM–4:30 PM Census ~17–18 patients No rapids, no codes

After off week: swing/admitting shift 2 PM–12 AM ~10–12 admissions per shift ICU: closed

Compensation: Base $275k + RVU Most hospitalists reportedly make ~$320–330k total with RVUs
