Why is rimworld the only big modded game that has something like Rimpy/Rimsort?

Discussion

This might be the wrong place to post, but its kind of a praise of the community here and a wonder of why other communities haven't done the same.

Rimpy and now Rimsort are both amazing in that they help you with your load order for your mods, and tells you about conflicts. And its all done via the community helping out and providing information about mod interactions.
It's simple but effective and makes playing rimworld with mods so much easier.

Now you look at other big modded games like Skyrim, Fallout, Stellaris... They don't have anything like Rimpy or Rimsort. And I just don't see why not.
I know Skyrim has Loot but everyone says not to use it and I don't think that's community driven.
Fallout and Stellaris just have a general guide of where type of mods should go.

So yeah, I kind of proud of this community for having something like that, and confused about why other games that have a larger modding community don't have the same kind of thing.
