Copenhagen/ April 2026

Hi all! We will be flying into Copenhagen March 31st early AM and flying back in the AM on April 9th. We will be traveling with a 4 year old and someone with a disability but can hang with walking and light hiking. We have a decent budget. It’s our first time in this part of Europe and would love to see what we can. We love food and don’t mind blowing some of our budget in food and wine. We used to live in NYC and Los Angeles, which I know is very different from this park of Europe, so we can hang(although we aren’t in our 20a anymore). My wife has also lived in Seville My wife has asked ChatGPT about our itinerary and situation but I’d rather ask the real ones. If we were to do another one or two/three countries, what would you recommend? Thanks in advance!
