Playing FPS in Tokyo internet cafe

Hey!

Currently in Japan and heading to Tokyo in a few days for a week. Would be great to login to my steam account and play some apex during down time.

Has anyone successfully entered an internet/e-sports establishment, logged into their steam account and played apex legends, cod, BF or the like?

Where did you go? Do you get a headset? Can you select English as the HUD/interface language?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Could wing it but would prefer to have a tried and true piece of advice.
