What is going on in the Crown chapter in the update on baby in yellow

can someone explain to me everything? I understand that employee 225 and the sitter are different people, and that in the Cat chapter the Cat was actually deceiving the doctor, but that’s about all. can someone explain to be what was going on? I’ve played all of it I just don’t get it. thank you!

also why is there a character minimum on the title?
