Should I file a complaint?

To begin with, I am a minor, I won't say my age but I am a minor, a short time ago, in this same year I was in a relationship with a toxic person and in French class this same person (my boyfriend at the time) without asking me put his hand on my thigh and started slapping and hitting it to make it bounce, I don't know if this is touching and being a minor would there be major consequences?
