Bailey with the Burke/Cristina situation

I'm not a Bailey hater I like her more than most but I think it's clear she was only fighting for Burke and Cristina to be punished for the hand scandal because they made her feel insecure when Cristina removed her name from the board for one of Burke's surgeries during that scandal. It triggered Bailey's insecurity about being mommy tracked because she thinks that's why she wasn't given the surgery. Even when Bailey finds out that wasn't the true reason she was still angry enough to want them punished.

I don't understand why anyone would think Bailey was acting that way because of the lives risked etc when she was Izzie's biggest defender after her incident which was also not morally okay. Bailey herself isn't really less of a rule breaker than the others.
