Fortnite doesn't work on Nintendo Switch

I've uninstalled and reinstalled

I've cleared my cache

I've closed and opened

Nothing is working

I'm having login issues that can't connect me to any server, and when it does, I can't open gifts, there are no games to choose from, and it's entirely blank.

I've reset every possible thing on my Switch and it's continuing to cause issues. I know there was a crash a little while ago but there's no article that can help me

Do I just need to accept that NS has been abandoned? Or while they actually do something to help? Is there anything else I can do?
