Modular system for rolls of materials like Vinyl (Cricut) and Paper
Got someone a Circut for Christmas and within a hour of them opening it they asked me to find something to organize all the rolls of vinyl that came with it. Looked around and there were a couple but nothing they liked as they wanted something customizable.
So here is what I came up with. There are 2 sized holders, 2" and 2.5", along with a bunch of fasteners. Being modular there is a little play in the connections but once assembled it's decently sturdy and still lets you take it apart and reconfigure. I made sure to design it so no supports were needed and it prints well with a standard 0.4n/0.2lh. Make sure you have good bed adhesion and if not possibly add a brim for the long fasteners although on both a X1C and a H2C I didn't need to for PLA with a textured PEI plate.
